Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the applicable provisions of EU consumer protection law.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer takes possession of the goods.

 

Return Policy

In the event of a withdrawal, the following conditions apply:

• The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• The original packaging must be undamaged.
• Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, insofar as this is legally permissible.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods show signs of use or do not meet the above conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods, provided there are no legal grounds for exclusion.
